BRITISH OPEN TAI CHI CHAMPIONSHIPS SUCCESS!

Tai Chi in the Chilterns is proud to announce achieving Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at the British Open Tai Chi Championships on 13th April 2014!

Catherine Birkinhead (left) achieved a Gold Medal in "Tai Chi Group form" category with Mary Callaghan (right) performing their Wudang Hand Form.

Catherine also achieved a Silver medal for "Ladies Open Internal Weapons" category with the Wudang Style Sword Form and a Bronze medal for "Ladies Open Tai Chi Internal Hand form" category with the Wudang Style Hand Form.

Graham Day just missed a Bronze medal by1 point for "pushing hands fixed step" - an excellent effort!

Dan Morphy entered "Beginners Short Form" category with only 1 year experience, and achieved an average score from the judges of 7.5 out of 10 , which is a great achievement.

Catherine extended a Huge thank you to everyone for their support and a big well done to all those who took part!
